EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to COVID-19, carriers (USPS & UPS) are experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved in over a few days or is late, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update using your tracking number found in your confirmation email.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5 business days or sooner depending on the volume of orders. Exclusively Yourz Boutique processes all orders using the United States Postal Service USPS & UPS. Priority/Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends, holidays will be processed the next business day.
OVERNIGHT & EXPRESS SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
If your order is placed Monday – Thursday by 10 AM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2-day area. (Contact your local UPS to check your area).
- Overnight and Express orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box address.
- Orders received after 10am EST and Friday through Sunday will begin to process on our next business day.
INTERNATION SHIPPING

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Typically your items will arrive 8-15 business days after processing
UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at support@exclusively-yourz.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item being shipped out in a attempt to avoid such issues as much as possible.
REFUSED PACKAGES
If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package.
